„Popular culture – problems, methods, analyses” symposium

We would like to invite you to a summer meeting with pop culture.  We are organising a symposium devoted to the problems, methods and analyses of popular culture on the 23rd of July.

Dr hab. Adam Mazurkiewicz from the University of Łódź will be our guest. He will talk about the methodological dilemmas of a cyberpunk researcher. We also invite you to listen to lectures of Trickster Association members and associated pop culture researchers. The subjects of their speeches will be very diverse, including fairy tales, vampires, mass culture of the Polish People’s Republic and video games.

A detailed programme of events below. Admission is free. The meeting will take place in room 208 of the Institute of English Studies at the University of Wrocław (ul. Kuźnicza 22).
